First, know that you are loved. Your parents love you. Your grandparents love you. Your aunts and uncles love you.
Next, consider these thoughts, in the good days ahead as well as in the dark days:
Listen to your body. Your body will tell you what you need to know, if you listen to it.
Live in the present.
Avoid toxins, especially the attractive ones.
Surround yourself with good friends that you admire and respect.
Understand fear; replace it with love. Fear is retreating, love is opening up.
Avoid judgment.
Avoid attachment to beliefs or opinions.
Be the witness to your own thoughts.
Trust yourself.
Let go of your mistakes. Mistakes are a learning process. Benefit from them.
Your decisions are the story of your life. Honor them.
Never make a commitment you can’t honor. Honor is a gift you give to yourself. No one controls it but you.
Enjoy the morning light.
