Ruth Stark
Ruth Stark is a Family Nurse Practitioner with a PhD in Health Services and Social Change. She has worked in international health and development with the World Health Organization and other international agencies for over three decades in Latin America, the South Pacific, Asia, and Africa. She currently works in South Africa and is studying in the MFA program at Spalding University. She is the author of numerous professional publications and is author of the book, How to Work in Someone Else's Country, published by the University of Washington Press in October 2011.
