Sarah Rabkin is the author and illustrator of What I Learned at Bug Camp: Essays on Finding a Home in the World (Juniper Lake Press, 2011). A former teacher of writing and environmental studies at UC Santa Cruz, she now works as a freelance editor & oral historian and a leader of workshops & retreats. She lives in Santa Cruz County with her husband, poet Charles Atkinson.
